About Application

  1. How to Enquire
    You can make your enquiry through this website or contact us directly through Email or Fax.
    The Person in Charge shall send you an email with the available quotation. After you both parties (Yusen Travel & Customer) have finalize with the reservation details, booking will then be made.
    (Although the application can be done by call, reservation content has to be written in Email or Fax to prevent any inaccuracies or errors.)
  2. Payment Deadline
    The Person in Charge shall inform you the payment upon the booking confirmation.
    All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.
    For all Japan Delivery Service (such as Orchid Flower, Dim Sum & Fruits), upfront payment is required in order to confirm the booking.

  4. Cancellation Charge
    1. Air Ticket
      • Cancellation charge will not be applicable should there be any amendment or cancellation before ticket issuance.
      • However, kindly note that the deadline for some promotional air ticket will be very soon.
      • After ticket issuance, cancellation fee will be applicable for any amendment or cancellation.
    2. Hotel
      • Cancellation deadline will be given upon the booking confirmation. Any cancellation after the deadline will be subjected to 100% cancellation charge.
    3. Package Tour
      • Kindly check the cancellation policies & charges under the Package conditions.
        *If a special ticket fare is used for the package, Air ticket may occur a cancellation fee before the tour package deadline.

    Amendment and cancellation can be done through Telephone/Fax/Email anytime during business hours. However, after business hours, all request will be handled by the Person in Charge on the next working day.

  5. Delivery
    1. Air Ticket
      If the Air ticket is an E-ticket, we'll send you an e-ticket via email to the email address you provided us. If the Air ticket is a paper ticket, you will have to visit our office personally to collect the ticket.
      (Mailing option is also available. Please kindly check with the Person in Charge.)
    2. Hotel
      A hotel voucher will be sent to you by email or Fax. Kindly print out the Hotel Voucher and present to the hotel front desk officer upon check-in.
    3. Package Tour
      E-ticket & hotel voucher will be sent to you by email or Fax.
      (Mailing option is also available. Please kindly check with the Person in Charge.)

About Payment and Delivery from overseas customer

  1. Payment

    Credit card Payment (Surcharge is applicable for payment by credit card) or Remittance (Customer bear all charges of the payment, which includes the remittance fee) are available.

  2. Delivery
    Delivery to Japan (if required), we will delivered by using the international courier service.
    For all Japan (excluding Islands District) Delivery cost will be SGD30.
    *Kindly note that it will takes about 7 to 10 days to deliver.

  1. To process, administer and/or manage your bookings with Yusen Travel (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("YTS"), YTS will necessarily need to collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal data or personal information about you.
  2. Such personal data will be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by YTS for the purpose(s) of :
    1. Processing the booking for flight ticket, transport arrangement, hotel
    2. Processing the booking for travel
    3. Arranging the application of Visa and receiving it
    4. Arranging travel insurance
    5. Arranging any other travel products
    6. Arranging delivery service
    7. Carrying out your instructions or responding to any enquiries by you
    8. Administering and/or managing your relationship and/or account with YTS
    (collectively the "Purposes")
  3. By checking box, you consent and agree to all of the foregoing. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, you :
    1. consent to YTS collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data for the Purposes as described above;
    2. consent to YTS collecting personal data about you from sources other than yourself and using, disclosing and/or processing the same, for one or more of the Purposes as described above;
    3. consent to YTS disclosing your personal data to their third party service providers, or agents, or its affiliates and their respective representative for the Purposes as described above, and for such third party service providers or agents, or its affiliates and their respective representative to use, disclose and process your personal data for one or more of the above Purposes;
