The final delivery date for this year will be December 26th (December 27th for Hokkaido, Kyushu, Chugoku, and Shikoku regions).
If you would like your order delivered before the end of the year, please place your order by December 19th.
For the new year, delivery will begin on January 9th (January 10th for Hokkaido, Kyushu, Chugoku, and Shikoku regions),
and the deadline for orders is January 2nd.
<Regarding deliveries to cold regions>
Due to the risk of freezing, deliveries to Hokkaido and Nagano Prefecture will be suspended from late December to the end of February.
We may also suspend deliveries to other regions where daytime temperatures fall below freezing.
For orders placed to cold regions during this period, we will wrap your order in cushioning material before delivery,
but please note that there is a risk of freezing.
